Built by people who have actually worked in offices.
HiveTree started in 2019 with one suite, one espresso machine, and a theory: the difference between an office that drains a team and one that powers it is fifty unspectacular details. We've been chasing those ever since.

Symmetric gigabit, smart-app climate, UniFi-managed access. The basics done so well you never think about them.

Community comes from programming, not lobbies.
Most coworking 'communities' are a Slack channel and a free beer on Friday. Ours is forty events a year, member-led, and properly curated.

Design that earns itself.
Light, acoustics, ergonomics, and a decent espresso. The things you don't notice when they're right and can't unsee when they're not.
